Easy protein banana oat bars

These easy to make bars are the perfect on-the-go snack for your day, or serve warm for cozy treat on a chilly day like today. Make sure to try out this recipe and let me know what you think in the comments below!

EASY PROTEIN BANANA OAT BARS

  • 2 medium ripe bananas

  • ½ cup of almond butter

  • 3.5 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • ½ tsp vanilla

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1.5 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 3 scoops of collagen powder

  • 2 cups of organic rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • Stevia sweetened chocolate chips and sea salt to sprinkle on top.

Mash bananas in bowl and stir in almond butter, melted coconut oil, vanilla and maple syrup.

Next, stir in protein and collagen powder. Stir in rolled oats and chia seeds.

Line a 8x8 pan with parchment and pour contents into pan. Sprinkle stevia sweetened chocolate chips and sea salt on top. Bake at 350F for about 25 mins and enjoy!
